DAYGLOW CREAM DEVELOPER

Dayglow Cream Developer is designed to be used with Dayglow Permanent Hair Color. Available in 10 vol, 20 vol, and 30 vol, the mixing ratio is a simple 1:1 and creates a creamy emulsion that doesn’t irritate sensitive scalps. There’s also no harsh odor.

• 10 Volume (no lift, deposits color)
• 20 Volume (moderate lift 1-2 levels)
• 30 Volume (lifts 2-3 levels)
